Intermediary role
Invenzify is only an intermediary. We provide software so owners can advertise inventory and customers can search it. We do not guarantee that a property is available, that the price is final, or that the person listed as owner has clear title. We are not a party to any sale, lease, token or brokerage arrangement you enter into with another user.
Information quality
Details such as BHK, carpet area, facing, furnishing, age of construction and amenities are supplied by the lister or captured during verification. They can be outdated the next day. Photographs may be styled or older than the current condition of the home. Always do a physical visit and an independent legal check.
No valuation or legal advice
Nothing on this website is a valuation, investment recommendation, tax opinion or legal advice. Circle rates, stamp duty and society charges are outside our control.
Third-party services
Maps, payment gateways, WhatsApp OTP and login providers are run by third parties. Their outages or terms can affect your experience. Offers or discounts mentioned on a listing, if any, are extended by the seller, not by Invenzify.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invenzify and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of listings, unlocked numbers, or a deal that does not complete. If a court holds us liable, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant unlock or plan.
