1. Who we are
Invenzify operates an online inventory platform that lets owners list properties and lets approved customers search, filter and unlock owner contact details. Invenzify is an intermediary. We do not own the listed properties, we do not broker the deal as your agent unless a separate written mandate says so, and we are not a party to any sale, lease or payment between you and another user.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract in India.
- Owners must have the right to advertise the property they post.
- Customers who unlock numbers must use them only for genuine property enquiries.
- Employees, verifiers and Super Admin accounts are for internal operations only.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your name, email, mobile number and any documents you submit. Keep your login and OTP confidential. We may suspend an account that shares credentials, posts false inventory, or tries to scrape, resell or bulk-export owner data.
4. Listings
Listings are submitted by owners or staff and may be reviewed by a verifier. A live listing is not a title opinion, valuation or RERA certificate. Photographs, prices, sizes, furnishing and amenities can change. Always inspect the property and papers before you pay a token or sign.
5. Unlocks and plans
Owner phone numbers stay locked until you buy a plan or pay per listing. An unlock is a licence to view that contact for genuine follow-up. It is not a right to copy, publish or sell the number. Unused unlocks expire with the plan dates shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable once an unlock is consumed, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, scrape the site, create fake demand, harass owners, or use unlocked numbers for spam, loans, insurance or unrelated sales. Do not impersonate Invenzify or another user.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner (Cashfree). Failed, reversed or disputed payments can pause unlocks until the amount is settled.
8. Intellectual property
The Invenzify name, logo, layout and software are ours. Listing photos and text remain with the person who supplied them, with a licence for us to display them on the platform.
9. Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Invenzify is not liable for deals that fall through, incorrect owner claims, site downtime, or losses above the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection venues.
