Search and listings
How do I search?
On the homepage choose Buy, Rent, New Launch, Commercial or Plots. Use All Residential to pick a property type, then type a society, sector or landmark. Free-text such as “3 BHK in Sector 65 below 1 cr” is understood.
Why do some searches return nothing?
Filters stack. A Buy search will not show rentals. A farmhouse-only type filter will hide flats. Clear filters on the listings page or start again from Home.
Are listings verified?
Live cards are current inventory. A verifier or Super Admin can review facts, photos and status. Always still visit the site yourself.
Unlocks and plans
Why is the owner number locked?
Invenzify is built so owner mobiles stay hidden until a customer unlocks that card with a plan or a per-listing payment.
What is a plan?
Daily, 15-day, monthly and quarterly plans include a bundle of unlocks. See Buy Services for prices and limits.
Can I get a refund?
Consumed unlocks are not refunded. Unused plan days follow the terms at checkout and Indian consumer-protection rules.
Owners
Can I post for free?
Yes. Use Post Property. One owner listing can go live without a paid plan. Completeness and photos help it get verified faster.
How long does a listing stay live?
Each listing has an expiry date. Staff can extend or take it down if it is sold, let, or found incorrect.
Account and support
How do I log in?
Use WhatsApp OTP on your mobile, or email login for Super Admin. Do not share the OTP.
