1. Data we collect
- Account — name, email, mobile, password hash, Google sign-in id if you use it, role and status.
- Listings — society, sector, size, price, photos, owner name and phone, and verification notes.
- Transactions — plan type, unlock records, payment reference from the gateway.
- Usage — search queries, city preference, pages viewed, device and IP used to detect city and prevent abuse.
2. Why we use it
We use this data to run the inventory, authenticate you, send WhatsApp or SMS OTPs, show relevant listings, process unlocks, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
3. Sharing
Owner numbers are shown only to a customer who has unlocked that listing. We share data with infrastructure, OTP and payment vendors who process it on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users from fraud or harm.
4. Cookies
- Necessary — session login, CSRF protection, and remembering your cookie choice.
- Functional — last search, Buy/Rent tab and city so you do not have to set them again.
- Analytics — visit counts and popular listings, if you allow it.
- Marketing — off unless you switch it on.

5. Retention
Account and listing records stay while the account is active and for a reasonable period after, for tax, dispute and audit needs. OTP logs are short-lived. You can ask us to correct or delete data that we no longer need to keep.
6. Security
We use hashed passwords, session controls and role-based access. No method of transmission is completely secure. Do not share OTPs or unlocked owner numbers in public groups.
7. Your choices
Update your profile after login, unsubscribe from promotional mailers on the Unsubscribe page, or write to us from Sales Enquiry. This policy is intended to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules as they apply to a private platform of this size.
