This Lease Deed / Rent Agreement is executed at Gurugram on 13 Oct 2026.

For the purpose hereof, the Lessor(s) shall be collectively referred to as Lessor and the Lessee(s) as Lessee. They are referred to together as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

Whereas on the request of the Lessee, the Lessor has agreed to let out the Demised Premises to the Lessee, and the Lessee has agreed to take it on rent for a period of Month(s) w.e.f. for its bona fide residential use. The Lessor represents that the Demised Premises are free from all encumbrances and that the Lessor has a clean and unrestricted right to the Demised Premises. Both parties represent that they are legally competent to enter into this Lease on the terms below.
